Courteous and efficient. Great experience. I dropped off my vehicle for maintenance service. Called me a couple hours later when ready and got me out in minutes when I picked it up. Always nice & polite, but after my last visit, I am very disappointed in their lack of concern/response. I am having problems with updating my SYNC 3 in my car, and my service coordinator told me the issue disappointed in their lack of concern/response. I am having problems with updating my SYNC 3 in my car, and my service coordinator told me the issue was fixed, but the problem remains. I have left voice mail messages for him twice, and once today with the service manager, but no one has called me back. I appreciate that everyone is busy these days, but a quick phone call to let me know they have heard me and will address my problem would be appreicated. Past experience with AutoNation Ford in Bradenton would have earned a 5 star rating, but this past visit only rates two stars. Other items serviced on my last visit were taken care of, but I need to have my SYNC issue addressed. More
