Had to make the appointment almost 1 month in advance because nothing was available. Made the appointment on the FordPass app, received an email confirmation and email reminder a week before the appointm because nothing was available. Made the appointment on the FordPass app, received an email confirmation and email reminder a week before the appointment. Yet when I show up at the dealership service department they tell me I didn't have an appointment. The service representative did get me in for an oil change however nothing else I had made the appointment for was taken care of this visit. Ended up costing me 1/2 day of work waiting for an oil change that should take 10 minutes. Disappointed I purchased the maintenance package now. More

A good dealer. I use them and trust them. Staffing issues & longer than expected service times seem the new normal. While is seems they are concerned with this and it’s seems not easy to solve…my only sugges & longer than expected service times seem the new normal. I’d be surprised if it didn’t bring in $1,000 or more per month as well as being appreciated by customers that are there for 2-3 hours. More

The problem with the battery not holding charge has been resolved. So far, my car is running well. My overall impression is that Service is extremely overwhelmed with the amount of work. I dropped off my F-150 Tuesday at 11:00am. It was scheduled for an oil and filter change, tire rotation. They had it 7hrs before they worked on it. i picked it up at 7:15 pm. When I got home, I notic scheduled for an oil and filter change, tire rotation. They had it 7hrs before they worked on it. i picked it up at 7:15 pm. When I got home, I noticed they did not rotate the tires. They told me my battery was about to expire and the multi-point inspection was fine. On my previous visit they told me my front brake pads will need replaced on my next visit. This visit, they tell me the brakes are fine. (I doubt they even did the multi-point inspection at all.) And who knows if they really changed the oil! More

I waited three weeks for my oil change appointment. Showed up half hour early at 8:30. Was told help didn't show up to do the work till 9AM. Then I was told that the oil change would take an hour and a half. And actually it took nearly two hours. So much for quick service. I wanted to wait for my truck as I had no ride. I may go to a stand alone oil change place next time that does it in a reasonable time. I have always tried to have the dealer change my oil but they move like slugs here. More
