The problem with the battery not holding charge has been resolved. So far, my car is running well. My overall impression is that Service is extremely overwhelmed with the amount of work. I dropped off my F-150 Tuesday at 11:00am. It was scheduled for an oil and filter change, tire rotation. They had it 7hrs before they worked on it. i picked it up at 7:15 pm. When I got home, I notic scheduled for an oil and filter change, tire rotation. They had it 7hrs before they worked on it. i picked it up at 7:15 pm. When I got home, I noticed they did not rotate the tires. They told me my battery was about to expire and the multi-point inspection was fine. On my previous visit they told me my front brake pads will need replaced on my next visit. This visit, they tell me the brakes are fine. (I doubt they even did the multi-point inspection at all.) And who knows if they really changed the oil! More

I waited three weeks for my oil change appointment. Showed up half hour early at 8:30. Was told help didn't show up to do the work till 9AM. I may go to a stand alone oil change place next time that does it in a reasonable time. I have always tried to have the dealer change my oil but they move like slugs here. More
