I went for a oil change(full synthetic) on my F-150. I arrived at 10h05 and the service adviser open the work order at 10h08. I got my truck back at 12h03. It’s a long time for a oil change especiall I arrived at 10h05 and the service adviser open the work order at 10h08. I got my truck back at 12h03. Terrible experience again. Scheduled an appointment, dropped off early. Didn't hear anything all day, after 3 calls to inquire about status. Got a ride after work at 5:30, and they were shocked I was there to pick up my car. They hadn't even looked at it, and didn't bother to let me know. Will not go back. First time- had a problem with what I was told when appointment was scheduled and when I dropped off. Multiple people inconvenienced, and no resolution, and problem still not fixed. More
