It's hard for me to make this review, as we've had a relationship with AutoNation Ford for many, many years. I do think that the employees are fine people, and they try hard to please, but unfortunately relationship with AutoNation Ford for many, many years. I do think that the employees are fine people, and they try hard to please, but unfortunately, there just aren't enough of them! A problem that a lot of businesses are having now. We had an appointment (for a week) at 10 a.m. for an oil change, but it was after 12:30 when we finally left with our car. I would love to give a 5 star review, but I'm sorry, it just shouldn't take that long for an oil change. Not sure what the answer is. Hopefully soon, the government will stop handing out money and people will get back to work. I love my Ford Escape, though! More

We had a 9am appt. for an oil change tire rotation and the 30,000 mile service and did not get our vehicle back until after 5pm. I called several times to check on it and no one knew anything, and they kept telling me they would call back in about 10 minutes and that did not happen. The service department has really gone downhill and it seems like there is no leadership!! More
