On the day, that I took possession of my Maverick, Daylan Winningham, personally, insured that the vehicle was prep'ed and detailed before I received it. I went in for another recall. The service member said that I would have my car back in 3 hours, nope, I did not recieve call either. After 3 hours passed, I called, then I found out that the mechanic was going to stay till he finished my vehicle,an hour or so, later, I get a call back saying he went home sick, car will be done tomorrow. I NEEDED CAR BUT THE RENTAL place closed in 10 minutes, I said find me a car, I had to drive to airport and wait over 1 hour to find out the reservation was not official, so I had to pay 90 dlars out of my credit card to get vehicle. NEXT DAY , OH WE WILL SEND YOU A CHECK "at there convenience". No call back, just a please give me good review cause I got you a rental and got in trouble for being mad at the situation in the morning, and that was basically the apology I got, oh and last recall, samething happened, I was ignored. one service member I trust in this location 1. The rest only care about their paycheck and will bother to mention about giving them good review because according to them they bent over backwards to help you out. More
I made an appt to drop my car on 4/22/22 to find a coolant leak. I was told because they were short of techs they probably wouldn’t look at until Tuesday or Wednesday the latest the service manger gav coolant leak. When I didn’t hear anything by Wednesday I texted him, no one could look at my car until the next day (Thursday). I text him Thursday @ 1pm & asked if my car was going to be looked at that day. He replied let me check Get back to you soon. 3pm still nothing so I decide to go get my car. Then I’m told the battery is dead & they had to jump it. Got it home shut it off & it was dead again! No clicking nothing. Put a charger on it , zero amps. Had to buy a new battery. But what I noticed when the car started was the dome light was on & I had to shut it manually so yes, I believe it was done intentionally & had I let them repair my car they would’ve had me buy a new battery from them because it was dead. I will spread the word about this dealership & will never go to them again. More
