Each time they had my vehicle over a month & still could not figure out the problem as it was “not showing any codes”. However the last two occasions when dropping off my vehicle it was not starting while there so they could clearly see there was a problem with the car. The most recent time I was told the tech was starting my car frequently which is ironic as I got two separate alerts that my car was in sleep mode for not being started for over 14 days. I picked up my vehicle this past week & was told “we don't know whats wrong”. Instead of using mechanical skills & diagnosing the problem they let a customer leave knowing the problem is still active & its a waiting game for it to reoccur. Tom in service was great through all of it so if your going for your easy oil change ask for him. Otherwise do not go here. More
