I waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation! ! Only one worker on Saturday. When I received my truck the tire pressures were all different. I had to go find a manager and get the issue resolved. ! Only one worker on Saturday. When I received my truck the tire pressures were all different. I had to go find a manager and get the issue resolved. Moses was wonderful the service manager was not pleasant when addressing my issues and concerns, but did give me my service for free. Again I was incredible disappointed and upset by the service department and how it was ran. Poor Moses was being pulled in every direction but had a very positive attitude. In my eyes the only saving grace for this company More

Two visits this week and two 5 Star customer service experiences. Mike always takes care of me when I arrive and when I am ready to go. Dan provided my service and recommendations both times this week, experiences. Mike always takes care of me when I arrive and when I am ready to go. Dan provided my service and recommendations both times this week, and he was both informative and friendly. Both vehicles needed additional service beyond the scheduled appointment, and the team was able to take care of everything. The Sales Team also helped me out providing me a place to setup an office while I was there. We’ve been satisfied and referring customers for several years now, and we aren’t going anywhere else for our Ford vehicles. It’s a great team all-around. More
