They had my van there for service during the hurricane, and didn’t secure my vehicle or call me to pick it up until after the hurricane, I found out that only my vehicle was damaged badly from their roof shingles falling on my van, which scratched the entire vehicle like someone rubbed sand paper over the entire van! Thursday GM level refused to repair the damages and told me to come get my vehicles off his property,, this is lot damage! They admitted to my insurance agent that it happened on their lot. What kind of customer service is that! They are rude and don’t care about your property! The manager told me if someone was speeding through their lot and hit my car, while in their possession, they are not responsible! What kind of bull crap is that? The only person that I can thank is Moses for trying to make this right, but failed to the higher up’s! Beware of Autonation of Sarasota they are the worse dealership I’ve ever encountered! Never again can I trust this place with my vehicles! More
I ordered a truck over a year ago. The dealer was not sure what happen to my order the last time we talked. This was my first time bringing my 2013 Lincoln MKX, which I purchased at AutoNation Bradenton, in for service. I rated my visit a 4 stars. I would of rated it a 5 star if the service office would of ke which I purchased at AutoNation Bradenton, in for service. I rated my visit a 4 stars. I would of rated it a 5 star if the service office would of kept better communication with me. I left three (3) different voice messages over the course that my vehicle was at the service department. I had to physically drive from home to visit the service department to keep abreast of what was happening with my car. I am very understanding that the service department is a very busy place and I am not the only customer having their car worked on, however, a simple 2'minute call back would of prevented me from having to drive there to find out what's going on. If it was a one time call I would of understood but 3 times with no call back,gives me the impression that I'm being ignored. My confidence in leaving a voice mail and getting a return call is now suspect. I would of given a five (5) star with a call back if one of my three call attempts was returned. More

I had my vehicle worked on recently. After having the vehicle a week the work still was not complete as parts had to be ordered. It took over two weeks to make a repair and trying to get ahold of my service tech was difficult. Having a single service tech able to access my vehicle info was very frustrating. I would call and be put on hold then told my service advisor wasn’t available and multiple days I did not receive a call back. The work was done correctly but not having a daily driver vehicle for more than two weeks and not having a loaner offered or available is frustrating. More
They went above and beyond to make sure that everything we needed was taken care of. It only took about an hour and we were out and on the road again.
