I had a follow-up call on my AutoNation service because I was a little unsatisfied with the length of time it took to get an oil change this man completely compensated me from my time I was so impressed I appreciate you thank you so much. Arnie, I am responding late; but I am responding. I really appreciate your getting back to me. I was upset that I did not hear from you after I placed a couple of calls. I am, however, grateful to you for personally reaching out to me to hear me out. Your call and the fact that you were willing to make an adjustment to the labor charge ($100 credit to my visa card) shows me that you, Auto Nation and Ford really DO care about your customers.
