This dealership stole money from us. We purchased a vehicle and were charged for 2 year registration. Even given the sticker for the plate. Upon renewing the registration we were told th We purchased a vehicle and were charged for 2 year registration. Even given the sticker for the plate. Upon renewing the registration we were told that it’s been expired and needed to make an appointment at the local tax office. Upon going there we were told that the dealership went back and changed the registration to a year. So we were driving around with an expired tag. This is a slick slimy move and a way for them to scam ppl out of money. I have the Florida Bureau of Dealer Services investigating them as it’s been a failure to get this resolved on my own. The sales manager, Steve Sawyer, has been absolutely incompetent at his job and helping. He lies time and time again. Never returns calls. Was told the check was mailed but it never was. I have been told countless things over the last few months and still not resolved. Steve now avoids my calls and conveniently “away from his desk” or “too busy” to take my call. Also want to add that the service department is a joke as well. They had one of my trucks for an electrical issue. Sat on it for days on end. Finally said it was fixed and when I went to get it they never even touched it. Complete joke. Stay away from them. More
Last month I had an excellent experience buying a new truck and trading in my old one. He showed me comparisons of the different levels of trucks I was interested in and I never felt that I was being pushed into buying something I couldn't afford. They gave me a fair value for my trade-in and the over all process went smooth. The entire time they communicated with me as to what they were doing and looking at and I was never left hanging wondering what was going on. Going through finance was a breeze and getting the 2.4% finance rate plus other incentives was awesome. Over all I had a great experience with them and have already planned on a few upgrades for my new truck that I'll be getting done there as well. Thanks Daylan for your great communication, being upfront and genuine. Your finance did a great job explaining and covering options for me too. If you are looking to get an oil changed this may be the place but if you have any other service problems go elsewhere. I took my vehicle to ford on 4 separate occasions as the vehicle was not starting. Eac place but if you have any other service problems go elsewhere. I took my vehicle to ford on 4 separate occasions as the vehicle was not starting. Each time they had my vehicle over a month & still could not figure out the problem as it was “not showing any codes”. However the last two occasions when dropping off my vehicle it was not starting while there so they could clearly see there was a problem with the car. The most recent time I was told the tech was starting my car frequently which is ironic as I got two separate alerts that my car was in sleep mode for not being started for over 14 days. I picked up my vehicle this past week & was told “we don't know whats wrong”. Instead of using mechanical skills & diagnosing the problem they let a customer leave knowing the problem is still active & its a waiting game for it to reoccur. Tom in service was great through all of it so if your going for your easy oil change ask for him. Otherwise do not go here. More
