Service department is easy to work with and prompt. The prices quoted on some of the recommended services were beyond crazy. The hood on my 2019 F450 needs new struts. You can pick them up off Amazon o The prices quoted on some of the recommended services were beyond crazy. The hood on my 2019 F450 needs new struts. You can pick them up off Amazon or any auto parts store for around $40 and it’s a 5 minute install. They recommended that mine be replaced and quoted me $240 for them! I understand the dealer being more expensive than doing them yourself but come on. More

I was driving down 41 when my check engine light came on. I called the dealership but they were very busy and short staffed. the gentleman that came out to help me was amazing he helped me right away gave me I called the dealership but they were very busy and short staffed. the gentleman that came out to help me was amazing he helped me right away gave me a proper diagnosis and sent me off 45 min later with a new battery. as my truck broke down right when I drove up to the service station door.
