Fair prices and good turn around time. I have had my 2004 f350 6.0 in this shop a couple of times over the years and when I need parts I tend to go with genuine ford parts especially when I have had my 2004 f350 6.0 in this shop a couple of times over the years and when I need parts I tend to go with genuine ford parts especially when it is hard to reach like glow plugs or an oil cooler. Recently I got the wiring harnesses glow plugs and module but the wiring harness was too short. They were able to not only match after market prices but also swapped out the harnesses without a hassle. Also when I needed a front end alignment they were able to squeeze me in when the service center opened for the day so I could leave town on time. The only thing keeping them from getting 5 start was the fact they had Fox fake news going in the waiting room and some of the service techs at the counter were spewing anti Biden propaganda. Trucks are not political, and I really do. It need this crap in a place I do business More
Good communications throughout many delays getting new Bronco. Finally searched to find an alternative car to meet my deadline before I had to leave the state ((FL). Then the new car needed a repair and they had to order new parts. Work was done before I received the car. Salesman and sales manager worked together to get it done in time. They kept me informed , which I appreciated. Gave me their personal cell numbers and offered to pick me up at home when it was time to take delivery of the car finally. More

Could go either way right now. Told had 90 day warranty at purchase. Issue arose 2 weeks after and told their was no warranty. So far they are paying for the diagnostic. When I dropped off my car, it was cold and I stood outside a long time waiting for someone to talk to about my car. I went inside twice and they told me someone would "be right with me". I left it on Monday morning. I started calling on Wednesday afternoon and continued calling well into Thursday. No one ever returned my call when I used the "check on status" choice on the answering machine. So, then I started calling and choosing the "schedule an appointment" option. I finally talked to someone who did, eventually, have the correct person call me back. They had ordered a part and it will not be in until the end of February. It took three days and a lot of frustration to find out they didn't do anything to my car. More
