My family and I have been coming here for years, and there is always a problem post-service. Either what was needing to be done to the car was not done, or the car comes out with a completely different there is always a problem post-service. I visited for a simple repair of a recall regarding a parking brake issue. I was told that it would take about an hour and a half so I came back 3 hours later. No work had been done on my vehicle due to parking brake issue. I was told that it would take about an hour and a half so I came back 3 hours later. Either they couldn't find my name in their appointments, they didn't have the part (even though I scheduled weeks in advance and they knew what was needed) or it took hours. My last appt for an OIL CHANGE - I was there for 2-1/2 hours!!! The staff is nice but some serious management or organization is needed! I wont be taking a half day off work for an oil change again... More
