Worst experience in my life of owning a vehicle. The AutoNation Ford of Bellevue lied to me about the status of my vehicle service status and never fixed the issue that it was originally in for. Made an appointment in early July for service, the first date available was the 19th (day I was leaving out of town for 10 days). They said no problem fixing in the 10 days. Two days before my return, I hadn't heard anything from them so I called. They said they will have to order a part and install. I said I need my vehicle upon my return and I will schedule another date for the installation. I called to make another appointment and the date they gave was September 11. I called them on the 8th to ask if I needed to arrange for a rental car and they said no, it should only take 1.5 hours to install replacement part. No call by end of day so I called them. Finally, after 6pm, they said they need the vehicle another day and will call me by 10:00am to give me a status. No call at 10 so I called them around 1pm and didn't receive a call back as promised. I tired calling up until close and nothing. I called the next morning and I finally go through to a new employee (of 3 days) who said they would help with the communication problems. I asked to have my vehicle available for pickup by end of day. I picked it late in the day and upon arriving home noticed the same noise coming from under the vehicle. They never replaced the part so, I consider that lying to the customer. More

I took my 2013 F150 (120K miles) in to have a leaky exhaust manifold fixed. After $5,600, I had both exhaust manifolds replaced. Unfortunately, the work estimate was off, and not ready for pickup on exhaust manifold fixed. After $5,600, I had both exhaust manifolds replaced. Unfortunately, the work estimate was off, and not ready for pickup on the date I needed the truck. But the real problems started when I arrived to pick it up. For starters, they had to jump start it because the battery was dead (I've never had a problem with the truck not starting and it's a two year old battery.). Then, as I'm driving away on the hot summer day, I turn on the A/C and all it does is blow hot air. The A/C worked when I drove it in. Then the topper... on my way home (a 15 mile drive), the engine light comes on and the truck starts to lose power and is slow to respond when pressing the gas pedal. Sheesh... what was done to my truck?! Bottomline line, I'm bummed. Sidenote: I usually have a local shop work on my truck, but they passed on the exhaust manifold work and recommended I take it to a Ford dealer. I use the local mechanics because I've not heard/read good things about Ford Service Departments. It feels like I'm now stuck in one of those nightmare reviews I've read in the past. We'll see how this turns out. I plan to provide updates to this review as the saga unfolds. More

Took a few calls to get a personal service rep. But once we had Jay everything changed. He called us and kept us in the loop as our car was being fixed. They even got it done sooner than expected. Great customer service and very efficient. I had an extended warranty expiring at 78,000 miles but could not get a service appointment for three weeks, at which point I had 80,000 miles. I thought it would have been nice to get something from Ford that my service contract was about to expire so I could have got it in sooner. More

My regular repairman "josh" has been taking good care of my car for years, he is like a friend of the family because we can always rely on him to give us top service because we are a team. Then I was helped by a new service manager who took my complaints serious. The weaning sound appears to come with the car. Tesla's seem to suffer from it. My friend's Kia EV6 NOT. However a broken shock absorber was detected which had to be ordered. Now 7 weeks later the part is still not in. Calling the service department is again a bad experience. No one will call back. Staff without knowledge seems to work 1920 computers and give no sensible information other than keeping you long periods on hold. We came back to this dealer since we had good experiences in the past. Now we feel this was the last time buying a car here. And probably the last Ford. More
