Well... the saga continues. I called the number from AutoNation Ford Bellevue (425-243-5203) and there was no way to get to the General Mgr... the recording stated "Your call is very important to us... For operator assistance press zero or stay on the line"... this repeated in an infinite loop. Additionally, I ended up taking the truck back to have the engine light checked, etc. I dropped it off on 9/12/23... I still have not heard back from them. Today is 9/16/23... I've left two voicemails requesting updates since dropping off the truck.
