Second time taking our vehicle to this dealership. 1st time was bumped by other vehicles even though we had an appointment, simple oil change ended up taking 3 hours. This visit, they didn't notify us our vehicle was ready for pick up. I called today and was notified that it had been ready for pickup yesterday. Highly disorganized staff. More
