These guys treated me royally! I understand they are understaffed and weeks out on appointments but I had a minor but urgent matter that would have kept me from taking my van on a I understand they are understaffed and weeks out on appointments but I had a minor but urgent matter that would have kept me from taking my van on a trip in 5 days. Service Writer Conner said he’d see what he could do and found a tech (Brad) coming off lunch break who said he’d check it out. He came back w a temp fix until a part arrived 3 days hence and they got me in the following day to install it. I realize they wouldn’t have been able to help me like that if it wasn’t minor, but they didn’t have to do it anyway; they could have simply given me the next appointment 3 weeks out. Thank you Conner and Brad! More
