I bought a used truck from autonation and bought the 10 oil changes package. I tried to schedule online but the website only had appointments 2 weeks away so I called and made an appointment. The service was as promised and quality top notch. Price was high IMO. Checking online the water pump and service price should have been lower, but as a consumer you get what you get. Overall a good experience. Car threw a rod on 12/22/21, engine was on national backorder for three months (not dealer's fault). The first service advisor told me that I had to leave my car there for a month to fix the seatbelt. Jaime actually helped! He told me that he would have to order the part, how long it would take and how l car there for a month to fix the seatbelt. Jaime actually helped! Jaime got my car in and had it fixed in a fraction of the time! Very impressed! I was considering never going back after a brief conversation with the first guy!! More
