Came in for an oil change. While at the desk we added the 40k mile service as well. Everything was done under the time they had given me. My work truck blew a spark plug at 8 in the morning on a sat. The ford dealership was the only one open .and i figured they had more experience with a Heli coil (being its a common problem with the triton e sat. Josh who said they could get it taken care of that day, that took a load off of my mind. Had it towed there checked in and waited till they got it fixed. josh kept me updated during the 4 to 5 hours it took for them to fix it. Called me into the check in when it was finished , he explained my bill and then i made the payment. He thanked me for choosing ford and if there was anything else in the future that i needed done on my ford to give him a call and he would be more then pleased to help me . More
