After work was completed, I picked up the vehicle. I was able to notice that the same shudder/ vibration I was feeling is still there. I had emailed Dave about the issue. He replied back saying he would get with the technician. Dave never replied back in regards to what the technician might of said or never offered to get my vehicle back in the shop for a second look. at this point, I'm out $1200 and my vehicle still isn't fixed.
