My problem is more with FORD but Service Department could/should have done more. I have a 2017 Shelby F150 truck with engine light on, bring it in to get fixed, and told due to the custom Shelby 750HP could/should have done more. I have a 2017 Shelby F150 truck with engine light on, bring it in to get fixed, and told due to the custom Shelby 750HP tune the dealership could not read/diagnose the problem and need to go to a Performance Shop that specializes in custom dyno tuning. What? One of the most expensive vehicles Ford sells and your telling me you cant fix it? Service Department should have contacted Tuscany Motors. It clearly states in additional manual included with truck to contact them if engine light comes on or unable to repair within 3 days, and they did neither. Had my truck 7 days. Now I have this expensive truck that I cant sell or trade because I cant get it fixed. Big reason I bought this truck was because "Take Tuscany vehicle to any local dealership for service" is advertised, on website and in manual. Found only 1 performance shop that will even look at it but next available appointment is 3 months. Called another local FORD dealership who said they have no problem with Shelby vehicles or custom tune. Last I will say, everyone I spoke and dealt with at Autonation have been nice and pleasure to work with. The minute this truck is fixed it will be traded in and last Ford I will ever own. More
Joshua went above and beyond in helping me through a major transmission issue! My car was fixed and back to me quickly in what I was afraid would take weeks to have repaired. They have an idiot advisor named Dave Morrison who was so bad and rude that I had to request to speak to the manager. He couldn't or wouldn't answer any questions. It took 20+ minutes before this individual bad and rude that I had to request to speak to the manager. He couldn't or wouldn't answer any questions. It took 20+ minutes before this individual brought out the manager, James Windham. I got the impression that Morrison hoped that I would just get disgusted and leave. Anyway, the manger was very professional and nice. He answered my questions and took care of the problem. The manager is a plus to your organization. The poor ranking i have given is because of Morrison, the service advisor. More
Initial review was created while I was extremely frustrated with another Autonation dealership, and took my frustration out on the review of this location because of it. Now that I've cooled down, frustrated with another Autonation dealership, and took my frustration out on the review of this location because of it. Now that I've cooled down, I can honestly say that the assistant service manager "Josh" could not have been more helpful. He was up front, honest ad kept me updated throughout the entire process, even if I didn't like the answers doesn't change the honesty and respect I was given. I really cannot complain about the service I received at Autonation Ford. More
Clean, professional and most of all, ethical dealership. Tires were not rotated; however, a note in my file and promise to care for her on my next visit! Auto Nation did not disappoint. Sales and Service Techs have always been professional, kind and ethical to me! Kind of them to provide me a Lyft home so I didn't have to wait five hours!!!! More
