I took my 2021 Explorer in for ambient lighting issues and a recall. The overall service was great! From the communication from Josh my service tech to getting my vehicle back as promised. Service rep wasn't very polite. I was also over charged for service. I had to remind the service agent of the quote she gave me over the phone. If I had not caught the error, I wou I was also over charged for service. I had to remind the service agent of the quote she gave me over the phone. If I had not caught the error, I would have paid about $200 over the actual cost for service. I gave 3 stars because I was refunded the over payment amount and my truck seems to run better. More
