On the particular day of my appointment to check a recall problem, the dealership had lost electrical power and was only able to do a few repairs. It took a week to get an appointment for a headlight issue. Parts were priced hundreds over retail. I had to have parts shipped directly from another dealership (saving $1.000) to complete the work. The service advisor was very good. I needed new battery. I waited 2 hours to get a battery installed. I was told I was next in line after someone was moved out.
