Service rep was very helpful. When I drove up the entrance was blocked. And everything was dark. The power was out due to an accident . I was checking doors and they appeared to be closed. Waited twice as long as told multiple times. Paid for a Mustang key fob that I was told when ordered by 2 different people was more expensive that a Ford one. It was supposed to be put on hold for me. Be Mustang key fob that I was told when ordered by 2 different people was more expensive that a Ford one. It was supposed to be put on hold for me. Because I didn’t have name of person, it couldn’t be found. So I paid for it but, didn’t receive. Dante said same price, but not what I was told when appointment was scheduled. Was told 1 maybe 1 1/2 hour wait. Was there 3 hours. No apologies. Won’t be back. More
