Service level is bad. It took over a week just go look at my truck. Joshua was ok but I had to text him daily to get any service. Went to get an oil change on my Ford vehicle. The service advisor, Dunte Clay, came up to me and helped me with my car. He did ask me if I wanted any other service or even if they had deals for m The service advisor, Dunte Clay, came up to me and helped me with my car. He did ask me if I wanted any other service or even if they had deals for my vehicle. He was very condescending, and rude when I asked about a coupon on the internet that I had found on my own. He was rude again and said he wasn’t aware of any and he walked away. Another service advisor ended up helping me. At the end of my car getting serviced, another advisor helped me. I’ve never been treated this way at any Ford Service Centers. I was truly disappointed. Thanks to the other advisors I’m giving this center 3 stars. More
