I took my 2018 Ford Escape S in for a tune-up, oil change, torque converter maintenance and rear brakes replacement. I went to the location twice, a Tuesday and the following Thursday. I wasn't a huge fan of the salesman that showed us around the first day since he walked far ahead and mumbled so we never heard what he was Thursday. We went to look at a specific car but they had sold it that morning. Credit where it is due, the first salesman did show us other cars that mostly fit my criteria, but ultimately it usually failed in price or mileage, which were non-negotiable. THURSDAY HOWEVER, I was able to meet up with the person I had originally talked to about the car. He texted me Thursday morning saying that the original car was back for sale, so we made an appointment. Gabriel was *fantastic*. He was fun and explained things well, had the car pulled up and open by the time we got there, and answered any questions we had. The car ended up being perfect and they worked with us to figure out payment (I will say they only accept cash/card/check, even if financing through your own bank or credit union so that was a process). I also had to call yesterday to check on warantee since my check engine light is on, and they have a pretty good dealership warantee (doesn't cover my issue but it's an easy one). It originally would have been a 2-star review, but Gabe really saved it and I would give it 6 stars if I could! More

I had my 2011 Ford Ranger in for service on Thursday 11/2/23 I needed a oil change, tire rotation and transmission service. They called me and said my truck was stuck in park. All was well until Saturday when I went to go to the store. The plastic that is on the steering column where they went in to fix the shifter is not staying up It falls down. Went to sign the paperwork and asked again about other finance company, I replied no again. Ready to sign paper work and the other finance company is listed. Wow! Like how many times do we have to say no! Don't assume everyone is stupid and will not read their paperwork. This is why the industry gets such a bad rep. More
