Our overall experience was just ok. There were several individuals that were great and one that made things difficult. We waited longer than expected but the general manager ended up making sure we were taken care of at the end of the day. We ended up with the car we wanted but wished the process was easier considering the fact that we already had financing coming into the dealership. More

Terrible service I ever had to Endure. If I didn’t have a service warranty, I wouldn’t bother coming back. And it’s not the first time. My first oil change and tire rotation with the maintenance package purchased with the new truck took 3 hours. Peggy my Service Advisor was experienced and we'll trained. Timothy Hoerig was very nice. I went in to have by back window replaced and he made the arrangement for it to be done. He had a ride for me to place I requested and then ride pick I went in to have by back window replaced and he made the arrangement for it to be done. He had a ride for me to place I requested and then ride picked me up. The service was great and he was super nice..I’m an elderly female and need to use cane. Great Service!!! More
