I made an appointment which you think would save time but no it didn’t. I got through faster before this appointment system was put in place. If you have an appointment it shouldn’t take two hours to get an no it didn’t. I got through faster before this appointment system was put in place. If you have an appointment it shouldn’t take two hours to get an oil change. The staff was nice but it didn’t make up for the long wait. I was also talked into the extended warranty on the car and got that but then I’m told i need wiper blades and cabin filters and this and that and nothings covered so what’s the point of the warranty and paying that much for it. I guess the experience would’ve been better if I what I’ve just gotten in at my appointment time and not sat there for two hours getting more and more frustrated with the process More

I was very satisfied with my recent repair from auto nation. I had several weird issues up to 6 different unrelated issues. The manager Mike Camp was outstanding in his approach and process of address nation. I had several weird issues up to 6 different unrelated issues.
