They have an idiot advisor named Dave Morrison who was so bad and rude that I had to request to speak to the manager. He couldn't or wouldn't answer any questions. Anyway, the manger was very professional and nice. He answered my questions and took care of the problem. The manager is a plus to your organization. Initial review was created while I was extremely frustrated with another Autonation dealership, and took my frustration out on the review of this location because of it. He was up front, honest ad kept me updated throughout the entire process, even if I didn't like the answers doesn't change the honesty and respect I was given.
