The dealership was great! Our salesman was great. The problem was finance. We asked our salesman if we can pay for the car by credit card ($8000.00) and he said that would not Our salesman was great. Once we got to finance when it came down to sign the papers, we were told that the maximum amount on a credit card was $5000 but we could not use two credit cards. So we had to finance the vehicle, which is not what we wanted to do. We told the finance person at least three times that we did not want the extended warranty. We even signed a document stating we did not want the extended warranty. But once he pushed it through to finance he added on a $3,500 extended warranty. I was beyond irritated at this point that he added it on there and said that he had to. Um, no you did not need to do that! This was not an easy purchase, and by far the most frustrating experience I've ever had. If our salesman were to change dealerships, we would actually follow him. But as long as he is at AutoNation Ford in Arlington, we will not be going back. More

Everyone was lovely, the dealership was clean, but the buying experience was questionable. I was told, "one car at one price." Okay, that makes sense. What you see is what you get. However, when looking a buying experience was questionable. I was told, "one car at one price." Okay, that makes sense. What you see is what you get. However, when looking at purchasing one vehicle, my trade-in was valued at $9,600. But when looking at another vehicle, my trade-in value was valued at $7,000. That seems questionable to me, shady, manipulative, and perhaps dishonest. At the end of the day, I purchased a car I liked and it's performing well. However, getting the lesser value on my trade-in makes me feel like I was devalued, and that's a little bothersome. Maybe others have had a better experience than I had; however, I'm not sure I would recommend anyone to the dealership. Dr. Steve More
