The people were always friendly, on this this trip in was for a recall and no one tried to sell me anything. which is very nice. I know I have car with over 100K miles. I wait over a year to get my 2022 Hybrid Maverick so that’s a sore spot but I do understand the supply issues. I also paid cash and with new security rules, you just can’t write a check. So I would reco that’s a sore spot but I do understand the supply issues. I also paid cash and with new security rules, you just can’t write a check. So I would recommend salesman to ask how you want to pay before picking up your vehicle. That turned out to be an unpleasant experience with several trips back to the dealership for paperwork issues. At the end of the day Ford is still the best customer service of any dealership in the area and I do love my truck now that it’s here! More
