I took my F-150 in for oil and transmission fluid change. I was told it would take about 2 hrs to complete so instead of waiting, I chose to use the complimentary Lyft to go home and planned to return to pi I was told it would take about 2 hrs to complete so instead of waiting, I chose to use the complimentary Lyft to go home and planned to return to pick up my truck ~2 hrs later. After almost 6 hrs, it still was not done. Had I known it would take 3x longer (they lower priority if you don't wait), I would have planned my day entirely differently. The service agent gave me 25% off due to the long delay, but I really would have just preferred to get my truck on time. I am rating as 4 stars due to the free Lyft and discount, but otherwise the rating would have been lower. More
