This is the reason I moved to AutoNation: my tiniest concerns are accepted with some kind of instructions from the Internet as to what is going on … you must ask for it …. This makes maintaining the car much more exact for recommended maintenance so I don’t ask for procedures not needed such as oil life . Thank you for that More

It was a frustrating experience. There was a lack of communication between departments and with me. My car was at the dealership over 4 weeks. I started bringing my truck to Autonation for servicing. I am pretty satisfied with the service that I have been getting. A) Very happy with the service tech's (Peggy and Tim). B) Happy with transportation provided when I have to drop off my truck. C) I am a little disappointed with the process of when I drive up in the lane, I expect someone to come my truck, I have to get out of my truck and walk to the service desk. D) Very good job of explaining any problem with the truck, shows me options. E) Setting up appointments is an issuer for me, the last time I setup an appointment I was given a time however: when I arrived, I was told I had a 2 1/2 hour wait. If that is the case, why set an appointment. Overall, I am pleased, most of the service tech's are pretty professional. I rated you 4 stars because of the (C) - (E) above. More
