It took a week to get an appointment for a headlight issue. Parts were priced hundreds over retail. I had to have parts shipped directly from another dealership (saving $1.000) to complete the work. It took a full 24 hours to swap headlights when parts arrived. 10 days in the shop without my truck. I had tires rotated and truck was delivered with a TPMS issue causing further delay during pickup. The service advisor was very good. I needed new battery. I waited 2 hours to get a battery installed. I was told I was next in line after someone was moved out. It took I was told I needed new battery. I waited 2 hours to get a battery installed. I was told I was next in line after someone was moved out. It took I was told 40 minutes to get the battery from the parts dept. to the service dept. I know companies are short handed, but I could have walked the battery myself to avoid an extended wait. The good rating is for the advisor. More
