I took my truck in for service like I always do. Dave Morrison greeted me and asked if I was the first in line. I said yes and handed him the keys and he said he would handle the rest. I took my vehicle for servicing. I added additional services resulting in picking up my vehicle next day. My advisor was off the next day and after 4 calls to different service advis I added additional services resulting in picking up my vehicle next day. My advisor was off the next day and after 4 calls to different service advisor, I got no calls from anyone. I finally called the manager and he called me back later to let me know that my vehicle was ready. This process took 5-6 hours. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I went to pay for the invoice. I inserted my card and the card reader showed “approved” moments later. However, the cashier said that the transaction didn’t go through. I showed him my statement and called the bank customer service to confirm the transaction went through. I even told him that he can call me and I will pay for for the invoice if the transaction didn’t go through. They held me for 45min-1 hr for this reason. The worst part to the whole thing is that I work the “graveyard” shift from 8p-6a and I worked at night and I had to go to work later that night. This created an unnecessary convenience for me and my family. I am extremely disappointed with Auto Nation. As soon as my pre paid services are over, I won’t be going there again. They treated my like I was a thief who wasn’t going to pay for the invoice. There are plenty of other customers for them I have plenty of dealerships. Thank you for your time. More
