When we arrived at the dealership, we looked a little on the used lot and were greeted by Joel and he showed us several used F150's that were nice, but did not have the trim level and mileage i was looking the used lot and were greeted by Joel and he showed us several used F150's that were nice, but did not have the trim level and mileage i was looking for. He then suggested that he had some 2023 Ford F150 Service Demo's for sale that were NEW with LOW MILEAGE. He brought a 2023 Ford F150 XLT SPORT Super Crew Black with 1560 miles on it up for us to look at. Immediately after looking at it and sitting in it, it seemed to be everything i had been looking for. We took it for a test drive and brought it back to start looking at the numbers. After working with the sales manager and F&I manager we struck a deal and purchased the vehicle and left that evening at close. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our purchase and have taken it on a road trip recently and couldn't be more thrilled with the vehicles performance and comfort. We would whole heartedly recommend Joel and AutoNation Ford Arlington to anyone I talk about purchasing vehicles with. More

When doing my research, I had multiple dealerships contacting me but I chose AutoNation Ford Arlington because I did not feel pressured and they were very easy to work with. I worked with Scott, Nate, contacting me but I chose AutoNation Ford Arlington because I did not feel pressured and they were very easy to work with. I worked with Scott, Nate, and Tyler to get the new Ford Explorer that I wanted for the payment that I needed to be able to afford it. The guys were very professional and great to work with. I would definitely recommend them all. More
I have dealt with Auto Nation in Arlington for several years in servicing my 2015 Ford Fusion. Peggy has always handled my needs in the Service Center. She and others I have dealt with have been courteo years in servicing my 2015 Ford Fusion. Peggy has always handled my needs in the Service Center. She and others I have dealt with have been courteous and competent. I recently had to to replace the remote starter and spoke with someone else at the Service desk. I was referred to the Parts desk, and told nothing else. The service agent, whom I did not know, said "That is Parts, not Service." They had to order it and called me the next day when it came in. No one told me anything at that time either. It would not work on my car. When I walked back in to the Parts desk to tell them, a different person there looked at me for a few seconds with a variety of looks on his face, then finally asked me, "Has it been programmed for your car?". This was the first I had heard about programming. I told him I didn't know, no one had said anything about that, and asked how to do it. He sent me back to Service to where I started. I had to to bring the car back another day, because he said he would need the car all day. They did get it programmed the day I took it back. I was shocked then that it cost me $100 plus tax to have it programmed. Why could the Service Desk not have just told me in the first place, then taken the car in the day the next day when the part came in? Frustrating, and humiliating. (The service agent who took my car in didn't know about programming the fob, asked someone else who had never heard of it either, finally found to someone who knew and agreed to accept the car. Humiliating as well, totally unprofessional.) I wish Peggy had.not been busy the morning I first came in about the damaged remote starter fob. Meanwhile, while they were programming my fob, I had a pleasant experience buying a new Maverick pickup with Mahmoud Bekheit. I had talked with him and tested one the day I went there first with my Fusion fob problem. My wife and I drove a hybrid version they had got in, both drove it, and peppered him with questions and made the purchase. Mahmoud was professional, congenial, helpful and responsive, not pushy. First time I had even been in the showroom. (But it was surprising that it is took about 2 hours to fill out and sign all the papers for the purchase before to we could write our check for the vehicle.) I love the Maverick. Thanks to Mahmood. I also appreciate Auto Nation's extensive full disclosure policy, despite the lengthy process. Thanks. More
