I brought my Explorer in on a busy holiday for service. Peggy said it would be 3 to 4 hours for service completion. She made arrangements for a very prompt Lyft ride, and 3 hours after I returned home she Peggy said it would be 3 to 4 hours for service completion. The business that was taken care of with my purchase of my vehicle was excellent in my opinion. The employees listened to me and worked with me on the paperwork to help us both be satisfied with the desire my vehicle was excellent in my opinion. I didn't feel pressured to do or make any decisions I didn't want to make. Just to equate how I felt about the experience... It was like sitting in my living room or under a shade tree having a conversation with some friends, and I ended up getting a vehicle at the end of our visit. I WILL be referring anyone looking for a vehicle to this Dealership!! More
