Listed 2021 Raptor at MSRP on AutoTrader then when contacted by the Sales Manager they stated they are selling them $15k over MSRP. This is shady, I would stay away from this dealership because of the contacted by the Sales Manager they stated they are selling them $15k over MSRP. This is shady, I would stay away from this dealership because of these tactics. There are a lot of honest dealerships out there that will be transparent up front. More

The service I received from the folks at AutoNation is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. I have probably bought 25 new cars in the past 35 years and AutoNation is by far the best service above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. I have to say that AutoNation Ford Arlington is by far, in my experience, the best dealership in the Metroplex. The moment I walked into their very welcoming showroom I was greeted by Mahmoud Bekheit, Sale in my experience, the best dealership in the Metroplex. The moment I walked into their very welcoming showroom I was greeted by Mahmoud Bekheit, Sales Representative, who made me feel extremely comfortable we talked about my 2012 Ford Edge and my need for an upgrade. I was shown several vehicles but in the end realized that the new 2021 Ford Edge was for me - it has all of the upgrades I need for safety driving both day and night. The whole experience was fantastic from the beginning of choosing the Edge to the discussion on my Trade-in to the financing, which went extremely well. I would certainly recommend AutoNation Ford Arlington without hesitation. More

When I made an appointment through the call center, the call center forgot to mention that the appointment was only for dropping off the vehicle. It would be another 10 days before repairs would begin. H call center forgot to mention that the appointment was only for dropping off the vehicle. It would be another 10 days before repairs would begin. However, once the vehicle was diagnosed, it was promptly repaired. Peggy even allowed me to speak with the technician that worked on my 2000 Ford Taurus. In addition, a Lyft was called for me to get a ride home, when I dropped off my car. More
