The experience was a mixed bag, the service writer Ethan was good but the scheduling center had no idea what was proper. My appointment was for 10 am I waited for my truck and they never touched it until af was good but the scheduling center had no idea what was proper. My appointment was for 10 am I waited for my truck and they never touched it until after 12:30 I got James involved and they got me taken care of, but why have and appointment if you are stuck waiting behind cars that were dropped off while I waited in the lounge. Having arrived at AN 20 minutes early and didn't leave until just after 1 pm over 3 hours to change my oil, this not express service, and is why many avoid dealers for basic non warranty service.
