I had an appointment scheduled on 11/28/25 at 10am for a transmission fluid check on my 2017 Taurus. I was the only car inside the service bay once arriving at 10am. Maybe twenty seconds after arriving and transmission fluid check on my 2017 Taurus. I was the only car inside the service bay once arriving at 10am. Maybe twenty seconds after arriving and standing by my vehicle another vehicle enter the service bay and parked directly behind me. The driver in the car decided to remain in his SUV. Two minutes went by before a service advisor came out and went straight to the SUV instead of coming to me and proceed to assist the driver of the vehicle directly behind me. He didn't acknowledge me at all. I'm standing there just looking stun in disbelief because what I was experiencing. The only reason i can assume he went to the other driver was because i wasn't the same ethic origin both of them were. There must have been someone of a supervisor position there because they saw my facial expression and sent someone out to see if i needed help. The gentlemen who approach me asked if I been help and I told him no. The gentlemen informed me that he was not a service advisor but could take me inside and find someone to assist me. I thank the gentleman and he introduce me to an advisor by the name of Joshua. The service advisor asked how could he help and I told him I had an appointment for a fluid check. After Joshua check the level and color I thank him for his help. I asked Joshua did he have the gm and service manger contact information. He told me not at the moment and asked if something was wrong. I explain to him what I experience once arriving and I was going to report this incident. Joshua stated he believe the service advisor who didn't help me probably had an appointment with the other driver. I told him even if that was true he could have acknowledge me and stated he had an appointment with the other driver but would find someone to help me. I believe customer satisfaction should be just as important in the service area as it is on the sales floor. Not sure if I will be visiting this dealer any time soon. I'm sure their are other Ford Dealerships that would accept my business on a first come first service basis without considering a person ethic origin. More

2023 Ford Maverick Lariat. Windshield cracked from debris kicked up in a construction zone. Not covered by auto insurance. Mark Castillo arranged to have AUTONATION USA GLASS come to the dealership, get the windshield from the Parts Department, replace it and program the camera for me.
