But I had a 7:30 appointment and ended up having it take all day to do what should have been a 4 hour job. Probably not his fault but still messed up my schedule for the day. There appears to be no one left there from before the buy out. That does concern me. Too early to tell what the quality of work is like. But so far so good. More

When I pointed out my truck is not a diesel, the price dropped to $200, which is still very overpriced. They are either dishonest, or inept, or both. More
Work was completed very quickly. Took longer for them to tell me the truck was completed than it did to do the work. Also, if I had known it was over a hundred dollars to change the oil on a gas engine, I would have done it myself. I have paid the same price on my 6.7L Cummins, which is expected to be $100 plus. As far as the service techs, they have never let me down. More
$170. 00 for oil change and tire rotation. I called Perkins Dodge after and they quoted me $105.00 for same service. I’ll never come back here. 00 for oil change and tire rotation. I called Perkins Dodge after and they quoted me $105.00 for same service. I’ll never come back here. More
I told them I had a loss of compression in cylinder #3 and wanted an inspection to know if I could simply replace a lifter or if I needed the engine replaced. Without a vehicle, I worked with the sales d and wanted an inspection to know if I could simply replace a lifter or if I needed the engine replaced. Without a vehicle, I worked with the sales department and bought a nice car and the sales team was pleasurable to work with. They came back and said the fault was in the wiring and that would fix it. I was relieved and authorized the work. Weeks later after many calls, they said the PCM needed replaced and that would fix it. After reminding them that I originally wanted an inspection for the compression loss, they said this would fix it, so I authorized the work again. Weeks later, again after many calls and texts that would often go unanswered, they said they found a loss in compression and I needed an engine inspection! I again reminded them that this is what I wanted to begin with but they don't really listen to what you actually want. I again authorized the work, and again didn't hear back from them for weeks. Sure enough, the engine needs replaced but after this horrible interaction, I'll find someone to replace it. I still had to plead with them to get the results of the inspection but they just wanted to replace the engine and ignore what I actually wanted. I spent thousands of dollars there and got back a truck with engine parts sitting in the bed. Worst automotive service experience ever! More
I just moved to COS and brought my RAM in for an oil change and tire rotation. They had the truck for three days. The service advisor told me he didn’t know when they would get to it. Then he wouldn’t change and tire rotation. They had the truck for three days. The service advisor told me he didn’t know when they would get to it. Then he wouldn’t return my calls. I finally went in and got it back without it being serviced. I complained to the general sales manager. He said he would have the service director call me to correct the situation. I never received a call and still need my truck serviced. I know I’ll never buy a vehicle from AutoNation Colorado Springs because I have zero confidence they will provide service for it. More
Dealership has been lacking ever since the original Colorado Springs Dodge Dealership transitioned to Auto Nation. Auto Nation is trying to catch up but getting appointments and needing an appointment Colorado Springs Dodge Dealership transitioned to Auto Nation. Auto Nation is trying to catch up but getting appointments and needing an appointment for an oil change when drive ups was the standard in the past is frustrating. Many great people left Dodge when Auto Nation took over. Auto Nation is still behind the 8 Ball for service and it seems many steps are forgotten to be accomplished even when you’re told your car is ready for pickup??? Getting recalls completed is a nightmare. Of the 3 recalls I’ve received on my 2500 RAM diesel only one has been completed after waiting more than a year??? Really! I’m thinking my next truck will be a Chevrolet unless things get better, but worse seems to be the direction currently. Heck Colorado Dodge Auto Nation couldn’t even remain status quo in service from the Colorado Springs Dodge Days. More
