Could be better organized and better staffed for maintenance. The initial lady who checked me in could not understand English and got my scheduled service wrong. I dropped it off for them to correct my oil drip from the drain plug AFTER they had changed my oil. It ended up costing me about $360 to have them fix the drain plug leak which I felt should have been covere drain plug AFTER they had changed my oil. I went in for "free" oil change. That went fine but I needed to replace air and cabin filters so I gave to go ahead. I was charged $200 + for these filters. I checked later at several auto parts stores only to find that the same set of filters would have cost me around $50. I also had a tire rotation and balance done. All that happened was they rotated my tires. When I got home, my front pressures was 15 pounds to high and my back pressure was 15 pounds too low. Why? Because on a 2500 Ram the rear tires must be inflated to 80 and the front to 65. They never checked the pressures! So I did this myself. I also cleaned up a large spill of oil they never cleaned from the drain area and dripped in my garage overnight. I was very disappointed and will take my truck to another service company from now on. More
