Coming from a big company, we have a lot of trucks. Transparent and friendly staff. I brought my truck in for service. The technician was thorough and even though he couldn't find the problem at first, he had no quams keeping my truc I brought my truck in for service. I feel sorry for the employees that have to face their customers after being ripped off by this predatory dealership. I will never step foot in that building again. Slowest services, especially when you bring your vehicle in for a recall service. Took 9 hrs to do a high pressure fuel pump inspection. Could be better organized and better staffed for maintenance. The initial lady who checked me in could not understand English and got my scheduled service wrong.
