Travis got me in after having transmission issues quickly. He work well with the warranty department to verify the coverage. Once the warranty coverage was verified, it only took the mechanic 3 working days to repair the transmission. The truck runs great and the transmission changes gears smoothly now. The customer service area is always clean and tidy. The restrooms are also very clean. I was able to take advantage of the shuttle service and the driver was friendly, professional, and prompt. More

Disappointing service during this visit. Following leaving vehicle for service to be performed, assigned advisor left. No new adviser was assigned to my service and I was never contacted by service team again. Even after requesting a contact call via the Auto.live site. Part of service I had performed was Transfer Case inspection & service. Oddly, when vehicle was returned front differential plug was loose and leaking fluid. I arrived early for my appointment and was taken promptly for an oil change and tire rotation. All was good: wait time, courtesy, WiFi, coffee. Only complaint was now I could not purchase the Mopar oil chang for an oil change and tire rotation. All was good: wait time, courtesy, WiFi, coffee. Only complaint was now I could not purchase the Mopar oil change package to save $$. Also, I had a 25% off coupon for services but doesn’t cover oil changes, only big ticket items and tire rotation. I will probably go back to service dept I didn’t care for just to get oil change package. More
