Customer service was very good. My vehicle was in for an oil change, recall, and needed a new key fob that was covered by the warranty I purchased. Oil change: The vehicle oil Life indicator was not reset and the oil change sticker had not been changed. It made me wonder if the oil had been changed, I checked and it had been. Recall: was good. Key Fob: The key fob cost me nothing, it was covered by the warranty, but it cost almost $60 for the key that goes in the fob. Since when does a key not come with the key fob??? Not sure if I would recommended this dealership. More
Called a couple numbers to service department make an oil changee appointment. After 5 tries, just started pressing numbers over and over and finally got someone in the parts department who passed on my requ changee appointment. After 5 tries, just started pressing numbers over and over and finally got someone in the parts department who passed on my request to the service department; I did not hear back from them. Ended up stopping in to use the QuickService drive up service and was told they no longer offered that service and I need to make an appointment. Finally got an oil change and one recall done. Seems the Autonation take over cause many employees to quit. On top of that, the Chrysler website doesn't list the Austin Bluffs Autonation (old Dealing Doug's) or Perkins Dodge dealers so you can't make an appointment online. Not to mention continued emails from Ram to get a 3l diesel fuel related recall done, but the dealer hasn't had the parts for a year and don't expect parts until the end of 2023. Servicing was okay, but terrible experience trying to make an appointment. More
Worse place to go to have your car repaired. There is no communication, I spent a week or two calling to check on status and leaving messages. They did the repairs without consent. And when I finally got someone on the phone she couldn’t get a hold of my assigned service tech. I asked to speak to a supervisor and all of a sudden she appears after 2 weeks of reaching out to her. Stay away from this place. Drive the miles and go somewhere else. Plus I had warranty and they don’t check, they just give you the estimate without checking. $4500 on repairs! More

I have purchased oil change and tire rotation package. The last two times I have gone in for service I've been told they can not do the tire rotation at that time. When my oil change was complete on 4/24/ The last two times I have gone in for service I've been told they can not do the tire rotation at that time. When my oil change was complete on 4/24/23 a service manager handed over my key and a print out of service done. They commented that I only had less than a year to get my three tire rotations done. I told the service manager that the person that check me in told me they could not get it done. She asked me why they told me that? I told her it was the second time I was told that on my last two visits. She questioned why wouldn't the perfom the service. Then she said I could come back to get this done on another day. At this point I am not going to purchase anymore packages from Auto Nation Dodge and find a new dealership to perform my services. The service manager should have corrected the situation at that point and asked if I could have waited for them to perform the services I have prepaid for. I give them an 0 for effort. Excuses for be short staffed should not be the way to run a business when you have already taken the customers money. More
Three service advisors quit while my vehicle was being repaired. When you call, no one in the service department would pick up the phone. The one bright spot there was Kayleigh. She was the only one who helped me in the end. Thank you Kayleigh. Regarding the technicians, I've only had my car back one day since having the water pump, thermostat job completed. I drove home and the car seemed to run good. More
I had two other shops condemn the transmission on my 2012 Journey. I personally didn't agree with their consensus so I decided to go directly to Dodge to have it assessed. The other shops told me "these 2012 Journey. I personally didn't agree with their consensus so I decided to go directly to Dodge to have it assessed. The other shops told me "these 2012s, the transmissions are notoriously bad". What's that saying about when you're a hammer .. everything looks like a nail.. Autonation Dodge took the time to properly diagnose the car and sure enough, it wasn't the transmission. Their fix was much simpler and was 1/4 the price. I'm pretty happy they saved me several thousands of dollars. I'm moving out of the area else I'd adopt them as my new maintenance center for even my non-dodge cars. More
