I am lettings you know the service department is in bad shape right now. Not the technicians, but the up front service advisors. No one answers the phone. There was only one or two people working. Kayleigh was the only one to finally help us. She did outstanding. But please get more advisors, focus on answering the phones and better communication when vehicles are in for repairs.
