AutoNation was the worst thing to happen to this Dodge dealer. Not only can you not get an onsite service advisor, but it is also a call center and the gentleman I spoke with admittedly had no informatio dealer. Not only can you not get an onsite service advisor, but it is also a call center and the gentleman I spoke with admittedly had no information on why the Express Lane for oil changes is requesting an appointment as he advised he is not onsite. I dug around and found on an AutoNation page that the express lane is indeed open Mon-Fri from 7-6. I went this morning and was advised that the "Express Lane" is only by appointment during the week. I can drop in on Saturdays, but that will end up being a madhouse I'm sure. I checked the schedule, the soonest I could get one is June 16th! That's over two weeks away! The new business model is insane. Not only have the lost my repeated oil changes and the service I need on the nav system, when I'm ready for my new 3500 I will not buy from any dealer with "AutoNation" attached even if I have to spend more for another brand of truck. This is not an idle threat, when I stop doing business with a company I never go back. More
After several attempts to get my entertainment unit fixed, it still doesn’t work correctly. The service manager has passed the Buck, she’s terrible. They don’t want to deal with it because it’s going fixed, it still doesn’t work correctly. The service manager has passed the Buck, she’s terrible. They don’t want to deal with it because it’s going to qualify as a lemon. I’ve been told Ram knows of the problem and no fix. They won’t even replace it and I have an extended warranty for the unit and it’s useless. I even drove in when the unit was actually malfunctioning and they wouldn’t even look at during the malfunction and said it’s no good if they can’t replicate it. What better way when you can actually see it during the malfunction. I would never buy a Ram truck again. Also I have 2 active recalls that says parts available but they won’t give me an appointment to get it fixed. The new service manager is horrible and now that auto nation bought the dealership it’s is absolutely horrible. More

Customer service was very good. My vehicle was in for an oil change, recall, and needed a new key fob that was covered by the warranty I purchased. Oil change: The vehicle oil Life indicator was not reset and the oil change sticker had not been changed. It made me wonder if the oil had been changed, I checked and it had been. Recall: was good. Key Fob: The key fob cost me nothing, it was covered by the warranty, but it cost almost $60 for the key that goes in the fob. Since when does a key not come with the key fob??? Not sure if I would recommended this dealership. More
Called a couple numbers to service department make an oil changee appointment. After 5 tries, just started pressing numbers over and over and finally got someone in the parts department who passed on my requ changee appointment. After 5 tries, just started pressing numbers over and over and finally got someone in the parts department who passed on my request to the service department; I did not hear back from them. Ended up stopping in to use the QuickService drive up service and was told they no longer offered that service and I need to make an appointment. Finally got an oil change and one recall done. Seems the Autonation take over cause many employees to quit. On top of that, the Chrysler website doesn't list the Austin Bluffs Autonation (old Dealing Doug's) or Perkins Dodge dealers so you can't make an appointment online. Not to mention continued emails from Ram to get a 3l diesel fuel related recall done, but the dealer hasn't had the parts for a year and don't expect parts until the end of 2023. Servicing was okay, but terrible experience trying to make an appointment. More
Worse place to go to have your car repaired. There is no communication, I spent a week or two calling to check on status and leaving messages. They did the repairs without consent. And when I fi There is no communication, I spent a week or two calling to check on status and leaving messages. They did the repairs without consent. And when I finally got someone on the phone she couldn’t get a hold of my assigned service tech. I asked to speak to a supervisor and all of a sudden she appears after 2 weeks of reaching out to her. Stay away from this place. Drive the miles and go somewhere else. Plus I had warranty and they don’t check, they just give you the estimate without checking. $4500 on repairs! More
