After a 2 year wait for my regen sensor that was never installed, I finally had the recall fixed, allegedly. After 2 days my truck stayed in constant regen and was told there’s a problem at altitude and installed, I finally had the recall fixed, allegedly. After 2 days my truck stayed in constant regen and was told there’s a problem at altitude and a fix was in the works but to keep my truck with the engine brake to keep the temperature up. So 2 years no sensor to a sensor that’s really no good. I burned a whole tank of gas in a day because of it. Ram did agree to reimburse for the gas, but 22 days nothing. Service is terrible!!! More

Worst dealer experience of my life. The sunroof is broken on my truck. Took it to AN on the 18th and as of the 29th the service department literally has not performed a minute of service on the vehicle. So far, I'm $750 in the hole on rental cars. I tried to come pick up the truck and take it someplace else and the service tech said to me "the windshield is off so you can't drive it. And we also can't get to it for at least another week." Okay so let me get this straight. You've had the truck for 11 days and nothing has been done. The windshield is off the truck because I called SafeLite and had them pull it off. I asked ya'll about a courtesy vehicle and I keep getting told "there are none." In case you forgot you're a dealership. Your lot is full of vehicles. So what are you going to do? You've gotten myself and your business in a bad spot. You just keep telling me to wait, however you haven't done anything to the truck besides make it undriveable. Another week before you can even begin work (maybe, we'll see) on the truck. So why did you take my appointment? You knew what was up. You saw the broken sunroof. You knew what this was going to be. Why'd you take possession of the vehicle in the first place? And now that I'm ready to walk away and take the truck someplace else you say that I can't even come get it and drive it out of there? Unreal. More
I came in for a oil change and tire rotation as I have paid for a package deal for them. I wanted to get a number of things checked as I know that I have some underbody work that needs to be done. I didn't get any information about what was wrong with my vehicle to I got a text well after the visit to the dealership. When I asked about the tire rotation they said I would have to pay extra for it. I was told I didn't have this in my package and its clearly stated on my paperwork that I have paid for the rotation. I specifically said that this explanation doesn't make any sense and all I got was the deer in the headlight look! If you can't uphold your own contract why write them? More
I had a appointment scheduled for a month and when I showed up parts weren't available anymore. It happens I work in the industry was told to reschedule when parts are in, to easy right. Well I've called for two weeks to get an appointment and when I call to get it scheduled I ask are parts available and last week I was told I would get a call back to confirm never happened. So I called today amd when through the same conversation and the lady who picked up in service on 12/13/23 at 9am was rude and told me she could schedule my appointment. Sweet so I asked if the parts were available as to not waste anyone's time well she refused to check and said she'll set the appointment and I needed to locate the availability of the parts and as I tried to explain to her I was just making sure no one was wasting valuable paid time she just transfered me mid conversation and was rude and unprofessional and I wish I knew her name. But David in parts was wonderful and was able to start looking and took care of the situation. More
