I have been going to this dealership (under all 3 of its name changes) for over 20 years and have our family have purchased many vehicles, we have never been disappointed. Took my Ram in for an oil change, and tire rotation. I was met right away, and my needs were taken care of well. I would really like someone to explain to me why appointments are required before bringing your vehicle to auto nation or any dealership for that matter, I made an appointment on Monday online to ha appointments are required before bringing your vehicle to auto nation or any dealership for that matter, I made an appointment on Monday online to have my truck serviced which was for Wednesday at 8:45am then had to call the service center the day before on Tuesday to confirm the appointment made for Wednesday 🤨. I show up for my appointment Wednesday morning at 8:45 give the service manager my list of items to repair or at least advise me on the repairs and costs for the repairs. Will at 3:00pm that day of my appointment not hearing from the service department I called and it turns out that they haven’t even looked at my Truck 😩 but they would get it in and call me back later and advise me on the repairs, well at 6:00pm no call 😡 it was getting late so I gave up for the day. Well to make a long drawn out story short I finally picked my truck up the next day at 2;00pm with just one of my three items repaired. More
Service was fine, the gentlemen in the department were great and I was in and out promptly. I have never been a fan of Auto Nation after a terrible experience several years ago on Wadsworth Blvd. I vowed I would never step foot in another Auto Nation EVER and disappointed Brandon Dodge sold out t experience several years ago on Wadsworth Blvd. I vowed I would never step foot in another Auto Nation EVER and disappointed Brandon Dodge sold out to the dark side. At least they were able to retain a few left overs employees and will consider traveling to a non Auto Nation delership. I will say the non Auto Nation employees were very good and wish them the best and clearly took me by surprise and disappointed to see yet another Auto Nation. More
Took my truck to these "mechanics" to fix a transmission issue. My trans would over heat and leave me and my family stranded most of the time in the mountains or on the side of a busy highway. Took the truck in and delt with Mike, they did a software update. Took the truck out the next day and trans over heated again. Called Mike back on the phone he said bring it in again. Took the truck back they drove it in town (which i told them it would never break doing that) 60 miles or so and said there is nothing wrong. At this point Mike told me my truck had to break more frequently for them to be able to fix it. What kind of mechanic can't pull a code and fix a problem? Especially when they have all of the Chrysler information and computers. I took the truck home and diagnosed it myself it took all of 15 minutes and found it to be the 7th gear shift solenoid. So i am pissed at this point because my truck has left me stranded 6 times so far. So i go into the dealer heated asking to talk to a service manager because Mike is not helping, come to find out Mike is the xxxx service manager. The next time my truck broke on me it got to 287 degrees and shut down on me. Took it back now they finally are going to fix it whew. Get a call a few days later the warranty company is only going to pay $165 an hour ONLY!! Also they are quoting 6.9 hours for a trans swap and cooler flush per ALLdata. Christian told me it would be closer to 13 hours at $265 an hour and that they would not work on my truck unless they changed the cooler at an additional cost to me. He also told me that Chrysler does not allow them to flush anything that they can only change parts. I took my truck down Broadway to another shop and it was fixed in a day, they rebuilt the trans, and flushed the cooler all for the price the warranty company quoted. All in all total bill of $3800. This place was charging closer to $13000. Icing on the cake is that with my warranty i am supposed to pay $100 for a completely fixed truck and with this place i am paying $200 for "diag" when i was the one that diagnosed it!! and it's not fixed. More
