My Dodge Ram had a difficult diesel problem. Chris, service manager, committed to have it ready by Thursday of this week so I could tow a trailer. He actually had it ready Wednesday morning. Don’t waste your time taking your vehicle here for service! Horrible customer service!!!!!! Took my truck in for its first oil change and recall on the tailgate. First off service advisor Abu Abbbas was a jerk and put off right from the time I started talking to him. Then he wouldn’t honor my first oil change coupon. I then inquired about my extended warranty (which included oil changes). I didn’t have the warranty info and Abu wasn’t willing to help me out in any way to research it. Then when it was done Abu continued his rudeness by not even talking to me and pointing across the bay to pick up my vehicle. This service department is appalling. Would highly recommend not taking your Dodge or Ram here. It was better when it was Brandon Dodge. More
Took my 2021 Dodge ram in for an oil and fuel filter change. I had also ordered a new key to be replaced under warranty. There was a recall on the tailgate as mine keeps opening while I drive. I also asked to have tires to be rotated as I paid for that in the plan, Got the truck back covered in diesel (Including the driver's seat and engine compartment.) The service advisor stated that he had to clean the truck due to a messy oil change. I was not given the new key fob, the truck was not clean. There was enough fuel in the engine compartment to smoke. The tailgate still flops open and the tires were not rotated. I asked for the new key they said they had and I was told to reschedule. This lack of service took almost 5 hours. The service manager took two days to tell me that the tires were not rotated. Abeeb is the service advisor and was more interested in texting on his phone than helping me. I will not be bringing my truck back. I had to call three times and leave messages to get a manager to call me. More

During my visit yesterday for an oil change, as I was waiting on the service manager to finish my paperwork, another service manager asked if he could assist me. I replied "no", but he continued to ask me questions as to why I was standing there. Now I'm compelled to give the story of why I'm standing there. My simple "no" should suffice. Then, as I get into my vehicle, the change oil message is still present. I had to go back in to get the tech to reset the message. Uggg.. More

Once I was put on hold for over 10 minutes; once I was transferred to the parts department; once I was transferred to someone's voicemail, etc. etc. I even sent an email, to which no response was received (it's now two days since I sent it). I don't see this as a good way to maintain a customer relationship. More
