I was very disappointed, the price for an oil change back when this was Brandon Dodge compared to now was a good $40.00;higher in just a years time, while the people were pleasant and the service was good, I when this was Brandon Dodge compared to now was a good $40.00;higher in just a years time, while the people were pleasant and the service was good, I was given a more expensive oil change with out my approval, AutoNation has a very poor service track record with me. Terrible service department! They had my truck for over 5 weeks without doing anything. There was no way to get ahold of anyone from the service department. Finally had my truck towed to another automation for service. 0/10, don't buy or get service here. More

I needed a horn for my truck and went into Brandon Dodge parts to check on it. The parts person April Lowe asked me year and model of truck. She ordered part and said it would be in next day. I went to get it and April had looked up how to install videos for me. April then gave me the websites to view. The price was great, the service excellent and very professional. If all employees at Brandon Dodge are as professional and customer service orientated as April it will be my go to Dealer. They go the extra mile for customers.
